We are a developer of quality superior family homes of lasting value with innovative designs.
As a privately run house builder, whether you want a traditional cottage or a large family home.
We can also safely remove the current building, disconnect feeds from utilities and prepare the groundwork for your new home.
Malmesbury – One of our many new builds built in our development company, where we let the building into the embankment about the old station yard, and over looking the cricket field. This was a 5 bed property over 4 levels, with a gym down stairs with its own shower facilities along with a number of voids to the rear to create wine stores etc, along with its own boiler/plant room and large double garage. The kitchen was bespoke hand made with a 2 m square island along with granite worktops.

2 Houses in Christian Malford
Our first development company project where we obtained planning permission to knock down a very run down cottage and erect 2 new 3 bed dwellings.
Demolished, cleared away a derelict house and built to a high standard. Large 5 Bed Detached house, kitchen/breakfast room, 3 receptions rooms and a large study/playroom. The property is situated overlooking open countryside to the rear in grounds of about half an acre.
This is one of 3 detached properties we built after having to clear land prior and is the largest of the 3 properties all fairly similar. It has a welcoming entrance hall with oak flooring which leads in to the well proportioned sitting room with a feature fireplace. This is decorated with Bath stone surround with inset and gas fire. The room also has bay window seats and French doors leading to a south facing aspect. The dining room is a good size and also benefits from oak flooring. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a matching range of base and eye-level units with granite work surfaces over and a granite breakfast bar. There is also a stainless steel bar, a half bowl sink with mixer tap, an integrated five ring gas hob, double oven, a dishwasher and fridge freezer. An adjacent utility room has a range of cupboards and work surfaces, plumbing and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer and a double glazed door to the rear garden. Finally on the ground floor there is a cloakroom with W.C.
A beautiful ash staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor where there are three large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two further bedrooms (one currently used as a study). The family bathroom has an enclosed shower cubicle with ‘Mira’ shower, a panel bath, pedestal wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and W.C. All overlooking countryside fields.
